It has been long time since i posted my last text here. However I have just decided to reunite myself with this space so the collective and public thinking process may flow towards the future. Developing Country´s Foreign Policy and Diplomacy is my specialty and I hope to contribute, from this narrow sapce, for the understanding of the Foreign Policy process in Developing Countries.
